Delivery Information:

Upon placing your order, we will process your order within 3 to 4 business days and send to your listed address.

Delays may occur due to extended COVID restrictions and high parcel volumes.

 

Returns Information:

Please fill out the Returns form before posting item.

Items purchased on pggenergy.com.au/online which need to be returned, require to be posted to P.O Box 4100 Kingsway West, NSW, 2208

Please include a copy of the receipt of purchase and details of reason for return.

Returns should be sent within 30 days of purchase date.

Shipping fees for return items are not covered by PGG Energy.

Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund if the items are damaged, have been used or are not faulty.

 

Faulty Product:

If your product is faulty or is different to the product you ordered, we will assist in correcting the issues. This may include a refund or replacement depending on the nature of the problem.
